2. Professionalism & Responsible Badge Use
- Respect for Employers & Recruiters: SkillClaimed badges are designed to enhance professional credibility, not to deceive employers, recruiters, or colleagues.
- Appropriate Use: You may share your badge on LinkedIn, resumes, and applications, but you must not manipulate, alter, or misrepresent it.
- No Fraudulent Use: Any attempt to fabricate, sell, or transfer a SkillClaimed badge to another person is strictly prohibited.
3. Commitment to Continuous Growth & Learning
- Ongoing Skill Development: You recognize that learning is a lifelong process, and your claimed skills should be maintained and improved over time.
- Willingness to Demonstrate Competence: If asked by a recruiter, employer, or organization, you should be prepared to discuss or demonstrate the skills associated with your badge.
4. Accountability & Ethical Conduct in Corporate Use
- For Organizations & HR Teams: If your company uses SkillClaimed for internal credentialing, you agree to issue badges based on valid, objective criteria.
- No Badge Issuance Without Merit: Organizations must only award badges to employees or participants who meet their internal requirements.
- Respect for Employees’ Rights: Employers should not pressure employees into claiming badges they do not feel comfortable with.
5. Transparency & Compliance
- Respect for SkillClaimed Policies: You agree to comply with all platform rules and Terms of Use regarding badge issuance, display, and usage.

SkillClaimed Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. No Refunds for Digital Badges
Due to instant delivery, digital badges are non-refundable.
